Review workflow

To send an item for review, a Content Creator must do the following:

  1. Unfold More options of the required item.
  2. Click Send for Review.
  1. Enter the Reviewer's email in the Users field.
  2. Click Send.

The item's status changes to In Review:

The Reviewer receives the email notification and must do the following:

  1. Click View the presentation
  1. Click Preview.
  1. Review the item. When there is anything to be changed, comment it:
  • Click Comments.
  • Click Add new.
  • Enter the comment.
  • Click Save.
  1. When the issues must be fixed, click Decline.

The Content creator receives the email notification and must do the following:

  1. Click Preview.
  1. Click Comments to review the Reviewer's comments.
  1. Find this item (with the Declined status) in the library.
  2. Unfold its More Options .
  3. Click Create Draft.
  1. Click Draft.

The item's status changes to Draft. The item's version changes too.

  1. Make all required changes via the Edit mode and click Save.
  1. Once done, send the item for review again.

The Reviewer receives the email notification and must do the following:

  1. Click View the presentation
  1. Click Preview.
  1. Review the item.
  2. Click Approve or Decline again (then repeat the declining step).

The Content creator receives an email notification.

The e-Detailer's status changes to Reviewed.
