Overview
With eWizard Publisher, you can send content items created in eWizard to different target systems. Although the final result is almost the same as with the Export service—the content item appears in the specified formats compatible with target systems—the processes differ. Thanks to secure and configurable integrations of eWizard with target systems, publication cuts the likelihood of a human mistake.
The content item type determines the list of available target systems.

eWizard Publisher streamlines both content and metadata transmission to the target system. Filling in the required content item metadata is essential for successful publication results. With metadata mapping configured, eWizard Publisher ensures populating of the required metadata fields and allows you to specify storage directories for the published content item in the target system.
eWizard Publisher supports configurable options and features in order to:
Update and republish your content items.
Archive all shared resources in one place and optimize the size of the resulting content item.
Set the demonstration gestures.
Keep the resulting document status when republishing the content item.
Highlight changes applied to the content item.
After the publication, you receive the email notification with the link to your content item in the target location.

Your account must have permissions to publish content items to the target system.
