Overview

eWizard Editor is a multifunctional service that allows you to organize the content within your item with the help of components, blocks, and placeholders. You can also customize the properties and styling of content item components, assign actions or animation to them, modify the content item layout with its settings, and preview all your modifications on the fly.

Editor supports inline and mobile editing on the content item layout and automatic saving of your changes during content item customization. eVa AI in Editor can also help generate content.

Thanks to the eWizard—Veeva integration, eWizard Editor allows you to do the following:

  • Browse for the Veeva Vault assets and modules to upload them to eWizard content items.

  • Use module combinations to group content according to certain business rules.

  • Validate your content items to accelerate their MLR approval by predicting the likelihood of success based on certain validation parameters.

To support the information presented in the content item, eWizard offers you to use references. They allow you to refer to the source of the data in your content item.

In the Editor TRANSLATE mode, you can translate the texts of your content items manually and automatically. You can also export the content item texts to an XLIFF or XLSX file and translate them externally. Besides, you can apply the automatic translation to your content item in Viewer.

Apart from the common features and options applicable to all content item types, you can use the item-specific ones.

From Editor, you can launch the eWizard quality assurance toolset to do the following:

  • Preview your emails and email fragments display in various email clients with Device simulator.

  • Compare different versions of the same content item or different items available in Library.

  • Send a test email.

With the wide range of Editor options and user-friendly interface, you can design and customize your content item according to your needs and requirements.

If your administrators manage the eWizard platform with the eWizard Business Admin service, contact them to change the Editor interface language or localize separate popups using the available options. Otherwise, submit requests for custom localization to eWizard Support.
