Edit in eWizard

eWizard allows for editing Veeva Vault documents. A Veeva Vault document is available for editing in eWizard when:

The Edit in eWizard option can be configured for a specific document status and is available for the Global Manager, Local Brand Manager, and Agency user roles.

Any changes made with the Edit in eWizard option appear in Veeva Vault after the next publication of this email.

To edit the Veeva Vault document in eWizard, do the following:

  1. Go to the document information page in Veeva Vault.

  2. Open the actions menu and select Edit in eWizard:

If you aren't the document Owner, but have the rights to edit this document in Veeva Vault, launching Edit in eWizard keeps your editing rights to this email in eWizard.

  1. For unauthorized users: log in to eWizard to make the required changes.

  2. In the Edit in eWizard pop-up, click Continue to start editing the email found in eWizard.

You can also make a copy of the Veeva Vault document for its further localization in eWizard. To do this:

  1. Go to the document information page in Veeva Vault.

  2. Open the actions menu and copy the required document.

  3. Set the required language for the copy created and save the changes.

For the created document copy, run Edit in eWizard.
