Email sharing
When you need to share an item with somebody, use a share link. Items shared with a link are available for viewing and commenting. However, while the view option is open for any user, commenting is available only for eWizard users who are logged in.
To share an item with a link:
Unfold more options of the required email [1].
Select
Share Link[2].
If needed, apply steps 3 and 4:
Protect the link with a password [3].
Set the expiration date of the link[4].
Enter the emails of recepients [5].
Click
SHARE[6].

Recipients receive an email notification stating that you've shared the content with them. Follow the embedded link to view or comment on the item.
When the link to email is expired, you receive an email notification alerting about this. So you can change the existing share link or create a new one.
Sharing settings
To add collaborators to the email and assign them preset roles, go to its Details by clicking the status label () on the thumbnail [1] or unfolding its more options [2]:

The SHARING SETTINGS tab includes the list of collaborators (the users who can perform the operations with the email in their eWizard accounts), their roles, and email addresses:

The form allows you to set the user(s) and select their Roles. The Role list is configured via the Admin panel.
Unfold more options () in the required user row to change their role (
Change the role) or discard their access to the item (Remove from project).
When you share your email with collaborators, they are notified, and the email appears under their Shared with me and Email Templates sections with the Shared status label ():

The email is unavailable for the collaborators when the Owner removes them from the project or deletes the email from Library.
