  • Personalized content generation

    eVa AI now supports persona-driven content generation for emails. Specify a target audience directly in the prompt, and eVa AI suggests content tailored to that persona. The feature enhances message relevance, aligns communication with audience-specific goals, and reduces manual effort for content customization. Configuration required

Improvements ​

  • Streamline interactive email generation with eVa AI. It can now create blocks on the fly or select existing ones from the DEFAULT tab based on the content. eVa AI can also generate headings for text blocks, ensuring a clear email structure. Configuration required

  • When eVa AI creates an interactive email with references, the system now automatically detects and stores detailed anchor information from the source documents. This information ensures more precise navigation to the referenced content in Veeva Vault PromoMats. It also improves the accuracy and transparency of citations sourced from VVPM documents. The enhancement applies to both the email references and those added manually with the ADD FROM VAULT button in the References popup.

  • Enhanced eVa AI filtering and searching for reference documents now prioritizes references with client-specific values in the designated metadata fields. This ensures that documents with required metadata are selected first when generating interactive emails to cite the most up-to-date and compliant studies sourced from your knowledge base.   • In Editor, when adding or updating claims via the eVa AI chat, the system now automatically updates the associated references in the interactive email. Superscript citations are inserted on the layout, and the reference list is dynamically updated to reflect changes and keep relevant references.

    With the claims library available in Veeva Vault PromoMats, all claims assigned to the content are automatically displayed and linked on the Veeva text assets tab in Editor. Configuration required

  • On the Details page of approved eWizard content items, the PUBLICATIONS tab now contains a new APPROVED BY column. It displays the content item approver name along with their email address in the interactive publication row. New details streamline tracking of the content item workflow.

Admin setup ​

  • To set up personalized content generation with eVa AI, configure the get_persona object in the environment configuration file → eva → tools.

  • To configure block creation or selection from the DEFAULT tab during interactive email generation, update the environment configuration file → eva → tools as follows:

    • toolVersion parameter—adjust with the v3 value.

    • extraBlocks object—specify block types that eVa AI can add to the layout within the modules object.

  • To set up filtering of prioritized reference documents from the knowledge base, add the primaryFilters object to the eva → modules → claimsReferences object of the environment configuration file.

  • To ensure metadata mapping between the knowledge base and eWizard, add the mappings object to the eva → modules → claimsReferences object of the environment configuration file and adjust the following within it:

    • references array—to map metadata for supporting documents and citations between the knowledge base and eWizard.

    • claims array—to manage the link between the claims library and the Veeva text assets tab in Editor.
